Syllabus
Where a public building contract provides that no claim shall be made or allowed for damages which may arise out of any delay caused by the government, damages due to delays caused by the government's suspension of the work cannot be recovered even though suspensions were not expressly authorized by the contract. So held where the contractor acquiesced in the first suspension and thereafter made no protest, nor any claim, until the suit was brought. P. 258 U. S. 121.

Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims rejecting a claim for damages arising from suspension of work under claimants' contract.
