Syllabus
A watchman employed on an interstate railroad at a public grade crossing to signal both interstate and intrastate trains and guard the tracks against disorder and obstruction is employed in interstate commerce, irrespective of the interstate or intrastate character of the particular train he may be flagging when injured.
