Syllabus

Engaging another to go to Mexico to join revolutionary forces, under promise of a commission and probable reimbursement for expense, is a "retaining," within the meaning of § 10 of the Criminal Code. P. 252 U. S. 177.

Evidence held sufficient to show probable cause, and sustain an order of removal.

Affirmed.
