This case differs in no assential respect from that just decided ( Pollock v. Trust Co., 15 Sup. Ct. 673), and must be disposed of in the same way.
Decree accordingly.

For the reasons given in case No. 893 (Pollock v. Trust Co., 15 Sup Ct. 673), I dissent from the decree in this cause.
