Syllabus
Under schedules B and D of sec. 2504 of the Revised Statutes, ale and beer imported in bottles is subject to a duty of thirty-five cents per gallon, and a further duty of thirty percent ad valorem is imposed on the bottles.
Error to the Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of Louisiana.
