Syllabus

Reissued letters patent No. 3274, bearing date Jan. 10, 1860, granted to Henry M. Stow, for "improved pavement," and the letters patent No. 134,404, bearing date Dec. 31, 1872, issued to him for "improvement in wood pavements," are severally void for want of novelty.
